The work day can be a bore, so here’s our top binge listens to get you through.
Before reading this just know that everything that comes out of the glorious Brooklyn based Gimlet Media is amazing.
1. Start Up
"StartUp is a podcast series about what it’s really like to get a business off the ground. In Season 1, Alex Blumberg told the story of launching this business, Gimlet Media, a podcast network. In Season 2, Alex is joined by co-Host Lisa Chow, to follow an entirely new company."
This is definitely the best podcast out there at the moment and is light hearted enough to binge throughout the work day.
2. Reply All
Another wonder from Gimlet, beware though your boss and anyone else around will give you strange looks due to excessive laughter.
"Reply All is a show about the internet, hosted by PJ Vogt and Alex Goldman. It features stories about how people shape the internet, and the internet shapes people."
3. Mystery show
This is definitely the most unique show I’ve listened to, it gets you hooked like a TV show and believe me once you’re hooked thats it.
Starlee Kine tries to solve a new mystery every week, at first I thought I wouldn’t like it but once I heard the first episode I was in love.
John Skoglund interviews startup founders, what’s unique is he talks to them more about things like tech and anything else that comes to mind rather than just their product.
5. Hack To Start
Interviews with startup founders and members of the tech community, learn everything from Growth hacking to life lessons. Some of the best episodes to date have been, Episode 48 w Mary Berry head of product development at Rebel Mouse, Episode 47 Ef Rodriguez director of social at HTC and Episode 46 w Anthony Thomas from Sticker Mule
